Google Chrome IEEE PDF saving question

Google Chrome version: 8.0.552.237
Operating System: Widows Vista Home Basic

I use the IEEE explore website to view and download research papers, articles and journals of my interest. Recently, after google chrome has removed the "Save" tab, I am having problems saving the opened PDF version papers from the site. I try to save the PDF but something like extension is shown instead of the .pdf extension and the page cannot be saved. I have been facing this problem after removal of the "Save" by the updated version of chrome.

Need to resolve this issue ASAP please!

I have been facing this problem after removal of the "Save" by the updated version of chrome.

Solution:

 Turn off the Chrome PDF Viewer, type "about:plugins" into the address bar, find the "Chrome PDF Viewer" and click "Disable."
